This program offers full immersion in the Australian education system at a leading research university with a broad vision of internationalization. You will study side-by-side with Australian students and other North American students just outside Sydney, one of Australia's most exciting and sophisticated cities. Choose your courses from a wide range of electives, thereby earning credit toward your major or additional graduation requirements.
Explore Sydney's vibrant, cosmopolitan city – situated around one of the world's most spectacular harbors and known for its year-round sunshine, beautiful beaches and relaxed, friendly people. The city offers a lively atmosphere filled with street festivals, international cuisine and popular city highlights, such as the Sydney Opera House, one of the most recognized buildings in the world. Sydney boasts unique and sophisticated fine arts, along with a fascinating history and culture of immigration, aboriginal tradition and commercial innovation.
Engage in the city's business, political and social landscape through excursions, out-of-class activities and/or internships. Spend your spare time exploring the city, visiting exotic zoos, hand-feeding kangaroos and attending local street fairs. After the sun goes down, sample some of the cuisine of the many immigrant populations who have chosen to make Sydney their second home, or dance the night away in a chic night club.
