Program Description:
This application is for MSU students participating in an MSU departmental international internship. It is the responsibility of the MSU student to work with their department to obtain the internship.
 
Once accepted into the internship, the student needs to complete this application which is required for MSU students to remain in compliance with University Policy concerning international travel.  Among other things it provides Risk and Release information and emergency support services.
