Seville, Spain
Spend a summer immersed in traditional Spanish culture in the historic city of Seville with AIFS! Seville fits the bill for the archetypal Spain of intimate flamenco venues, crowded tapas bars and orange-tree scented squares, the perfect backdrop for an exploration of contemporary and historic Spanish culture.

This program is designed for students who wish to focus their studies on contemporary Spain and learn more about Seville’s rich artistic heritage. Spanish is not required as both courses are taught in English. Students take one or two courses for up to 6 credits. 
 
  • Live in a homestay or student apartment 
  • Homestay students receive three meals a day. Apartment students will have acess to kitchen facilities.
  • Enjoy cultural and social activities such as guided city tour and entrance to the Real Alcázar (Royal Palace), the Cathedral and Giralda Tower, tapas tour and a flamenco show as well as local events and activities
  • Day trip to Cadiz 
  • Two-day trip to Granada and Cordoba
  • Transcript provided by Universidad de Sevilla
